Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Location: Kompleks Kilang Halal Pahang, Taman Teknologi Pahang Gambang, 26300 Kuantan, Pahang
Job Scope
1) Manage the full recruitment cycle, particularly for live hosts and production team members
2) Oversee performance management processes including KPI setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions
3) Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming staff
4) Handle HR matters related to foreign workers, including documentation, work permits, and compliance
5) Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure alignment with foreign labor policies
6) Resolve employee issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
7) Analyze staff turnover and develop retention strategies
8) Ensure all disciplinary actions comply with company policies and labor laws
9) Oversee end-to-end HR functions such as payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and policy updates
10) Stay updated on labor law changes to ensure full compliance
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
2) At least 1–2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
3) Experience managing foreign worker documentation and compliance is preferred
4) Strong understanding of performance management systems and HR best practices
5) Able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
6) Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
7) Familiar with Malaysia’s labor laws and HR compliance requirements
