Job Vacancy: Experienced Account Clerk (Minimum 3 Years' Experience)

Salary: RM2,200 – RM4,000/month (Based on experience & qualifications)
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Clerk to join our team. This position is best suited for candidates with solid accounting experience who able to work independently as well as part of a team and have strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with payroll preparation and statutory tax submissions
- Prepare financial reports
- Support the Finance Manager during audits and financial tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Monthly Salary:
RM 2,200 – RM 4,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
