Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage leave & attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, daily employee’s attendance check & overtime check.
2. Prepare and administer payroll for employees every month.
3. Handling and assist for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees.
4. Ensure all HR correspondence is completed timely ie. Confirmation, Probation Extension, etc.
5. Assist in employee disciplinary and performance management processes.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, i.e ensure personal files are accurately maintained and updated on a regular basis.
7. Administer employee benefits, including medical claims, leaves, and other entitlements.
8. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
9. Managing hostel matters and oversee hostel conditions to ensure they meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall living environment.
10. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
11. Source candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement.
12. Source and coordinate training programs, including Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) training.
13. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
