HR ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST
Position
The selected candidate will be part of the organizational structure's expansion and will join an HR team composed of three people. The candidate will report directly to the HR Manager and will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and recording attendance, preparing reports, and managing files related to specific issues or salary corrections;
- Managing employee contracts and HR administration in collaboration with an external HR consultant;
- Managing employee training, tracking course expiration dates, identifying professional development paths, and reporting on funded courses;
- Conducting recruitment and selection, publishing job advertisements, handling candidate sourcing, and managing interviews;
- Managing and activating industrial training and apprenticeship programs;
- Handling registrations with the healthcare fund;
- Supporting the HR Manager in internal corporate communication and providing advisory services to employees regarding any needs or concerns.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of labor law;
- Excellent proficiency in using relevant software;
- Additional qualities include strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a strong team-oriented and attentive listening attitude.
