About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to join our Human Capital & Administration team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR and administrative functions, offering a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful projects within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and interns
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other HR events
- Support daily administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence
- Assist with internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Participate in process improvement and research projects as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive HR information
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude

Pay: RM650.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
