We are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team and support the daily HR functions and long-term development of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage payroll, leave, and attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support HR administrative duties and generate HR reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
