Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and line managers on all HR matters
- Drive and support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage hiring and workforce planning
- Identify training and development needs; coordinate learning interventions
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts effectively
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with Malaysian employment laws and internal guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role
- Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently
- Experience using HRIS is an added advantage
