Job Overview
The HR & Talent Acquisition Executive is a dynamic role that combines HR administrative expertise with talent acquisition and onboarding capabilities. This role will play a critical part in streamlining HR processes, supporting recruitment efforts, and enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, align with business growth, and contribute to an excellent staff experience.
Roles & Responsibilities1. HR Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage HR-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and performance appraisals.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
- Handle staff inquiries and provide HR-related assistance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles for various roles.
- Ensure timely hiring to meet headcount targets.
3. Onboarding Coordination
- Organize and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and recorded.
- Provide ongoing support during the probation period, tracking progress and addressing concerns.
4. Process Improvement
- Streamline HR workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve the recruitment and onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and trends to recommend improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
