Job Description
- Handling of all the major functions in Human Resources Department such as staff recruitment, payroll processing, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee relations matters and etc.
Job Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year working experience in HR related field.
- Strong interest in HR especially passionate in dealing with people and managing different types of human behaviors.
- Possess positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate without academic qualification but with some working experience in HR related field such as former HR Assistant or HR Clerk are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Trainee Supervisor post.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
