Job Summary:
We are a recruitment agency looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to support our hiring operations for factory clients in PRAI. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring workers' welfare is well-managed throughout their employment journey. Ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for factory worker placements
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and deployment to client sites
- Monitor worker attendance, welfare, and accommodation needs
- Handle worker-related issues and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain communication with both workers and factory supervisors
- Prepare basic reports and updates on recruitment activities
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or HR roles preferred (fresh grads encouraged to apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willing to travel locally if needed (e.g. to hostels or factory sites)
- Proficient in Bahasa Chinese ,Malaysia, English or other languages are a bonus
