Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible HR Payroll Executive to manage and execute payroll functions accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and general HR support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Maintain and update employee records
- Prepare monthly payroll reports
- Assist with HR administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of payroll experience
- Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and payroll software
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
