HR OFFICER
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all HR and administrative documentation and correspondence related to outlet operations.
-Maintain accurate outlet staff records and personal files; support implementation and updates of HR policies and procedures.
-Must be strong in hiring – responsible for end-to-end recruitment for outlet staff, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
-Actively explore and manage various recruitment channels to ensure sufficient manpower supply for all outlets.
-Assist in other HR functions such as payroll coordination, performance tracking, employee benefits, and training.
-Ensure timely preparation and submission of HR-related reports such as outlet attendance, hiring status, and staff movement.
-Possess basic knowledge of HR procedures and local labor regulations.
-Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2- 3 years of working experience in Human Resource and/or Administration role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Great personality with multi-tasking and result-oriented
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Willing to learn, hardworking, self-disciplined, able to complete task within timeline given.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
