The Human Resources Intern supports the payroll team in daily operations including administrative tasks, employee record management, and onboarding/offboarding processes. This role offers hands-on experience in HR systems and procedures, helping to digitalize records and assist with employee inquiries. It is an ideal opportunity to gain practical HR knowledge in a growth oriented, professional setting.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist and support the digitalizing HR records by converting physical files to electronic format and organizing them systematically.
Assisting daily HR operations, including data entry, documentation, and general admin work.
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes including document preparation, access management, and benefits registration/termination.
Help maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Respond to and assist employees with general HR operational queries.
Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the payroll team.
TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
Diploma holders in relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of administrative procedures
Basic knowledge of employment regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 specifically Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook
