The Talent Acquisition Intern will be working with the HR team in expanding the company's talent acquisition capabilities. The intern will provide support in DTL’s global recruitment and actively participate in recruitment efforts in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates such as social media platforms, university career portals etc.
- Expand and maintain DTL's talent pool and recruitment channels
- Assist in recruitment marketing materials and activities
- Assist in other HR-related projects
Qualifications
- Undergraduate with relevant field of study or experience
- Meticulous, professional and organized
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Proactive and results-oriented
II. Duration
- Full-time Intern: 3 months. Monday - Friday
- Part-time Intern: at least 3 days/24 hours per week for 3 months
- Candidate may be offered a 1-month internship trial first to observe performance
