We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Finance Intern to support both our Human Resources and Finance departments. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks, HR processes, and financial operations in a professional working environment.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events or activities.
- Daily attendance check
Finance Support:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation for financial records
- Support invoice processing and expense tracking
- Reconcile transactions and assist in maintaining accurate accounting records.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with guidance
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
