We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking, experienced HR Recruitment Assistant cum Admin to join our friendly and energetic HR team at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., located in Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. You will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment process and participating in interviews to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Requirements 岗位要求：
- Fluet in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay (both spoken and written)
- 精通中文，基本英语与马来语（口语与书写）
- Possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- 最低学历要求拥有人力资源管理、工商管理或相关领域的文凭/学位
- At least 2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition
- 拥有至少两年招聘或人才招募相关工作经验
- Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination
- 熟悉完整招聘流程，包括面试协调与安排
- Detail-oriented, Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
- 注重细节，积极的态度，责任心强，良好的沟通技巧。
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 熟练操作 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
Responsibilities 岗位职责：
- Assist in job posting on various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- 协助在多个招聘平台发布职位信息（如 Indeed,、LinkedIn等）
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for interview
- 筛选简历并协助筛选合适的面试人选
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers
- 安排和协调候选人与面试官的面试时间
- Join interview sessions with hiring managers and take notes or assist in evaluation
- 与招聘经理一同参与面试，并协助记录面试内容或参与评估
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and onboarding documents
- 协助准备聘用合约及入职相关文件
- Support university career fairs and recruitment campaigns
- 协助组织大学招聘会和招聘宣传活动
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing and documentation
- 维护员工档案，确保文件归档和记录完整
