Responsibilities;
- Customer Interaction: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and information.
- Knowledge Base: Maintaining and updating knowledge bases to quickly answer customer questions.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with customers
- Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with customers
- Provide accurate product/service information
- Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Learn and understand company operations across departments
- Support senior managers in day-to-day tasks and strategic planning
