About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll, HR operations, and administrative support, and who is familiar with employment practices in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Manage monthly payroll processing for employees in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Leave Management: Maintain and update leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labour laws.
- Work Pass Administration: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations and liaise with relevant authorities.
- HR Operations: Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office administration duties including procurement, filing, coordinating office maintenance, and other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
- Prior experience managing payroll is essential. Experience with Singapore MOM laws and practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with local employment regulations and statutory compliance in the respective countries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
