Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Organize staff activities, celebrations, and engagement events.
- Support employee welfare programs and collect feedback.
- Help address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
Induction & Onboarding:
- Assist in new staff onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Prepare welcome kits and ensure a smooth induction experience.
- Guide new employees on HR policies and company procedures.
HR & Admin Support:
- Handle employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.
- Assist with monthly insurance enrolment, updates, and claims.
- Support in managing office supplies, filing, and general admin tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and a team player.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, Microsoft Office, and insurance handling is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
