Job Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations
- Handle end-to-end HR Operations processes.
- Manage employee records, leave administration, and HR policies.
- Support payroll, performance management, and compliance matters.
- To involve in other HR related projects as and when assigned.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize fun and creative staff engagement activities and events.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that keeps employees motivated.
- Be the go-to person for employee well-being and workplace happiness.
3. Office Administration
- Oversee office supplies, facilities, and administrative operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
Job Requirements:
- Preferable a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related courses.
- Minimum 3 years of HR and Admin experience (generalist exposure preferred).
- Highly committed to deadline and take full accountabilities for excellence performance.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Good personality, team player with good communication & negotiation skills.
- Cheerful, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Able to work independently under a fast-paced environment.
