Human Resources
- Manage full HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and resignation/termination processes.
- Process payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
- Plan and manage training programs, including HRDF claims, training needs analysis, induction, and staff development.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisal exercises.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, and statutory requirements.
- Manage foreign worker recruitment, permits, renewals, accommodations, and related matters.
Administration & Corporate Affairs
- Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, utilities, and service providers.
- Prepare HR/Admin reports, letters, policies, and presentations using MS Office and Canva.
- Assist in corporate secretarial matters, board resolutions, and compliance reporting when required.
- Support ISO documentation, audits, and compliance for HR, Admin, and related functions.
- Provide administrative support to management, including coordination of meetings, travel, and events.
Governance, ABMS & ESG
- Support implementation of Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in line with Bursa requirements.
- Assist in ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies on ethics, compliance, and sustainability.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in HR & Administration, with exposure to corporate governance or compliance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, Employment Act, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, etc.).
- Hands-on payroll processing and HRDF training management experience.
- Familiar with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and documentation processes.
- Experience in foreign worker management (permits, immigration, accommodation, etc.).
- Proficiency in Canva, MS Office, and AutoCount system.
- Awareness of ESG reporting and sustainability practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and strong ethics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written). Knowledge of Mandarin, Nepali or other foreign languages is an added advantage.
