Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage day to day human resources and administrative tasks. This role is essential in supporting employee engagement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Administer payroll, leave, and attendance systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Handle general office administration and supplies
- Support employee engagement and company events
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or admin roles (fresh grads may be considered)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ability to multitask and work independently
