HR ADMIN (1 PERSON)
Assist with recruitment tasks (posting jobs, arranging interviews, etc.).
Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and memos.
Collate and verify attendance records, leave applications, and timesheets.
Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payments & reporting submission such as income tax, EPF, SOCSO,EIS and HRDF
Manage employee leave balances and related queries.
Assist in managing employee benefits (insurance, medical claims, etc.).
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Support in audits and preparation of compliance documentation.
Maintain a good filing system and human resources records for easy retrieval.
Provide overall administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director.
Perform other HR and admin ad-hoc tasks as required.
Self-starter who can work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative
1-2 HR, admin, or operations experience preferred.
Experience in SQL pay software will be an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
