HR Responsibilities -
- Assist in onboarding process: Collect documents, prepare onboarding kits/checklists, and ensure HR files are updated.
- Draft standard letters: e.g. confirmation letters, extension letters, warning letters.
- Maintain and organize digital staff records.
- Help update HR trackers (e.g. leave records etc).
- Follow up with staff on missing documents or pending actions.
- Liaise with IT and Finance for basic requests (e.g. email creation, payment reference).
Administrative Support -
- Help arrange flight/accommodation bookings for employees.
- Handle ad-hoc office tasks and general admin support.
- Keep internal templates organized and up to date.
Requirements -
- Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-regional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
