Job Responsibilities:
1) Employee Data Management:
- Maintain and update employee profiles in the HR system with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and maintain physical and electronic employee files.
- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and salary adjustments in the HR system.
2) Attendance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and track employee attendance records in HR system.
- Verify attendance records for accuracy and completeness.
- Address attendance discrepancies with employees and supervisors.
- Generate attendance reports for management review.
- Administer leave requests (vacation, sick leave, etc.) and ensure proper documentation.
3) HR Support:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed (e.g., employee engagement programs, performance management, training & development).
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination notices.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Assist with the offboarding process for departing employees.
- General office duties, such as answering phones, filing, and photocopying.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
