Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
Job Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources – Driver Management
* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and record maintenance for all company drivers;
* Handle monthly payroll for drivers, including calculating overtime (OT) and preparing payslips;
* Schedule and coordinate drivers’ work shifts, replacements, and leave applications;
* Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of drivers;
* Follow up on any disciplinary or performance-related issues;
* Manage driver-related documents such as insurance, medical check-ups, license renewals, etc.;
* Assist with administrative processes in cases of road accidents or workplace injuries;
* Act as a communication bridge between drivers and management, ensuring proper delivery of company policies and instructions.
2. Office Administration & Operations
* Support daily office administrative tasks, including documentation, printing, and filing;
* Coordinate company vehicle matters such as servicing, maintenance, road tax, and insurance renewals;
* Prepare reports, forms, and official documents when required;
* Monitor and manage office supply inventory and purchasing processes;
* Handle submission and renewal of relevant government documents (e.g. road tax, permits);
* Assist with operational planning and ad hoc assignments from management;
* Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, and service needs.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage;
* Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office);
* Responsible, well-organized, and good at multitasking;
* Strong communication and coordination skills;
* Able to work independently and handle urgent matters when needed;
* Willing to work overtime or travel when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
