Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
- Maintain and update staff records, contracts, and personal files
- Monitor attendance, leaves, off days, and ensure proper shift scheduling
- Assist in recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with company Code of Conduct, SOPs, and labor laws
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and warning letters
- Prepare monthly staff performance reports for management review
Accounting & Finance:
- Record and manage daily sales and expenses across branches
- Handle petty cash, invoice tracking, and payment to suppliers
- Manage monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented
- Coordinate with external accountant/auditor for reporting and tax matters
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and cash flow updates for management
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in HR or accounting role (F&B industry preferred)
- Familiar with payroll systems
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Strong integrity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Able to commute Kajang & Petaling Jaya
