Job description:
- Able to speak and write in chinese (have to assist with tourism china)
- Handle inbound/outbound inquiries from various channels (WHATSAPP, OTA app, wechat and Phone calls)
- Handle guests check in/out and cleaner’s tasks
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Record interaction and process document requirements ( Microsoft excel , word and filing)
Requirements
- Non or with experience can apply
- Language: Fluent in Madarin ,English, Malay (both written and spoken)
-Able to work 6 days a week and holiday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
