Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Greeting guests, providing information about the facility and its services, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handling Inquiries and Complaints: Addressing guest questions, resolving concerns, and escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Providing Assistance: Helping guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, room assignments, and any other special requests or needs.
- Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Ensuring the front desk area and common spaces are clean, organized, and inviting.
- Upselling Services: Promoting additional hotel amenities, services, or events to enhance the guest experience and potentially increase revenue.
- Cash Handling: Processing payments, and balancing cash drawers.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
