Position: Graphic Designer
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000
Working hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: NO. 47-1, JALAN DAMAI RAYA 1, ALAM DAMAI CHERAS 56000 KUALA LUMPUR.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams – Engage with stakeholders to understand design objectives, requirements, and target audience through meetings and discussions.
- Gather and analyze design briefs – Actively collect information and provide creative recommendations aligned with client goals.
- Design and layout creation – Create visually compelling designs using Adobe Creative Suite for various print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and packaging.
- Develop print-ready files – Ensure all designs are technically optimized for print, including correct file formats, color profiles, image resolutions, bleeds, and margins.
- Ensure brand consistency – Follow brand guidelines closely to maintain consistency in style, tone, and visual identity across all materials.
- Proofread and quality control – Perform detailed checks for accuracy, ensuring all text, images, and layout elements are error-free before final submission.
- Stay updated with industry trends – Continuously learn and apply the latest graphic design and printing innovations to deliver modern, impactful designs.
- Collaborate with printing vendors – Communicate design specs, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend suitable materials and finishes for desired outcomes.
- Time and project management – Juggle multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high design standards through effective task prioritization.
- Feedback and improvement – Regularly seek client feedback to refine designs and ensure complete satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide creative direction and strategic input – Offer high-level design concepts and contribute to branding strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead complex design projects – Take ownership of high-priority or large-scale design initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timelines.
