- Monitoring and analysing quality performance.
- Collaborating with internal departments to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with SOP.
- Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
- Auditing systems based on ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
- Handle quality issues that arise during production
- Communicating the root cause of the problems to eliminate all errors.
- Handle internal and external quality issues.
- In charge of Document control, Incoming inspections and Calibrations activities.
- Review and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree with some working experience as Quality Engineer
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949, and QMS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong capabilities of writing and comprehending 8D reports.
- Data organization skills.
- Have a valid driving license.
- Able to work on overtime

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
