Requirements:
Educational Background:
Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional Experience:
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (1-2 years preferred).
A strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills, including branding, print, and digital assets.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Creative Abilities:
Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
Ability to conceptualize and execute unique designs that align with brand identity.
Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, marketers, and developers to deliver high-quality projects.
Time Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Soft Skills:
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle constructive feedback.
