**Job Description:**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Multimedia/Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the team to produce visually engaging multimedia content that aligns with our brand identity. This entry-level position is ideal for a passionate individual looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Creative Director.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in the creation of multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, and interactive content.
2. Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to develop visual concepts and design solutions.
3. Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
4. Use industry-standard software to edit and enhance multimedia content.
5. Stay updated on design trends and multimedia technologies to contribute fresh ideas.
6. Support in the maintenance and organization of multimedia files and assets.
**Qualifications:**
1. Degree or certification in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
3. Basic understanding of multimedia production processes and design principles.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
5. Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
6. A portfolio showcasing multimedia design projects is required.
**Preferred Skills:**
1. Experience with animation and motion graphics.
2. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
3. Basic knowledge of web design and development.
4. Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
