Job Description
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our design team, with a primary focus on supporting the Hong Kong (HK) market. This role requires a designer to produce high-quality marketing and retail design materials for online and offline use. And able to present to the team in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Design and localise creative assets for the HK market including:
- Social media visuals (IG/FB/XHS)
- In-store print materials
- Web banners, landing page visuals, and email creatives
- Store opening kits and event branding assets
- Work closely with Creative Lead and the HK marketing team to understand briefs, campaign objectives, and visual preferences
- Ensure brand consistency across all HK visual outputs
- Execute visual adaptations and resizing for different formats
- Support MY & SG creative visuals when needed
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Manage revisions and feedback efficiently
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar graphic design role (experience in fashion retail or e-commerce is a plus)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — a strong portfolio will be highly valued
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong sense of layout, typography, and colour theory
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to speak , read and write in Traditional Chinese will be a added advantage as mention this is to support.
Additional Information
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
- Familiar with social media formats, web graphics, and print specs
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with regional teams
- Internship or freelance experience in e-commerce or fashion retail
- Prior experience supporting Chinese-based campaigns
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects or similar tools)
