Job Description:
- Clear LOG mailbox and request documents from member/clinic/hospital, if necessary
- Liaise with clinic/hospital/medical consultant
- Assess LOG request and issue LOG to member/hospital within service level agreement
- Prepare reports
- Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
- Good command of English (written and spoken) is a must
- Excellent service mindset
- Team player who can work together with a big team
- Versatile and adaptive
- Medical and/or health insurance knowledge is an advantage
- Must be able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
