Key Responsibility
- Receive and check new claims.
- Approve or refer claims based on approval limits.
- Respond to clients and follow up on pending items and ensure close the case within timeline given.
- Review third-party scheme claims.
- Gather and review medical documents and other needed info.
- Approve or reject claims, calculate payments, and send notifications.
- Keep clear records and complete required reports.
- Provide good customer service and handle enquiries.
- Prepare monthly claim summaries.
- Keep up-to-date through training and reading industry materials.
- Follow company policies and industry regulations.
Requirement
- Must have knowledge in international claim processing for more than 5 years .
- Able to speak, read and write fluently in English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
