1. Ensure accuracy of matching DO and invoice, and ERP inputs.
2. To source, prepare purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers / sub-contractor.
3. Filings and photostating relevant documents, etc.
4. Monthly Petty cash claims submission and calculations .
5. Assist in monthly foreigner wages calculation and to key in to our system.
Basic experience is advantage, willing to learn, any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Minimum: SPM qualification
Working time: 9.00am to 6.00 pm (Mon to Fri)
Location: Bandar Mahkota Cheras

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
