- To plan, co-ordinate and develop a good system of monitoring and control the outgoing inventory of the company to ensure fulfilment of internal & external customer requirements.
- To ensure the compliance of Standard Operating Procedure by all departmental personnel in relation to the stock requisition, etc.
- To ensure the 5S being practise within the Store Department i.e. Sort, to remove unnecessary items / Set In Order, keep necessary items in its correct location / Shine, keep the workplace tidy and clean / Standardise, to ensure improvements are maintained / Sustain, to sustain new methods to change the culture.
- The practise of 5S system will facilitate the better system of monitoring and control within the Store will facilitate the good practise, like FIFO practise for inventory control.
- To ensure all the goods returns is compliance to all relevant documentation.
- To ensure proper monitoring & control system is in place for delivery of goods.
- To organise and plan the storage for goods in compliance to Food Safety measure.
- To ensure good control & monitoring system is in place to minimise the wastage and over stock situation, and maintain a good documentation for traceability purpose.
- Responsible to ensure the department work schedule being plan and organise in any circumstances.
- Preparation of inventory report for management review.
- To carry out any task in related to the company function per instruction by immediate superior.
- To ensure all the policies and procedure of Occupational Safety and Health legislation is adhered by all production staff.
