* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for the used cars department.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain documents related to used car sales (Sales Agreement, Loan Submission, Transfer of Ownership, etc.).
* Maintain and update vehicle stock records (in/out, sales status, JPJ documents, grant, insurance, etc.).
* Assist the Sales Team with preparation of quotations, invoices, and customer support documents.
* Manage customer files and ensure all documents are complete for bank loans & JPJ transactions.
* Liaise with banks, insurance companies, and third parties for financing or claims.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management (stock, sales, outstanding documents).
* Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries related to used cars.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
