About the Role:
As an Intern in the Food & Beverage Team, you will be exposed to daily restaurant operations and customer service experience. You will learn how to manage front-of house activities, interact with customers, and support smooth service flow in a fast paced dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cashier duties and POS system (if assigned)
- Serve food and drinks to dine-in or takeaway customers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service area
- Assist in preparing utensils, packaging, or condiments
- Support outlet operations and team members during peak hours
