Role Overview
We’re seeking passionate, reliable, and certified Pilates / Barre / Yoga instructors to lead engaging, safe, and effective classes — both in a heated room and at room temperature. You’ll be part of a supportive team, delivering exceptional client experiences while helping members achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct group classes and/or private sessions (Hot Pilates, Mat Pilates, and potentially Barre or Yoga fusion classes).
- Ensure classes cater to mixed levels — offering modifications and progressions as needed.
- Maintain safety and proper form throughout classes, especially in heated environments.
- Provide professional, motivating, and positive client interaction before, during, and after sessions.
- Assist with occasional events, workshops, or special programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio equipment and space.
- Uphold the studio’s brand values, professionalism, and client-first culture.
Requirements
- Certified Pilates / Barre / Yoga Instructor
- Prior teaching experience not required
- Experience with other modalities are welcome
- Willingness to cover other instructors’ shifts when needed.
