Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Finance & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our business operations and financial strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in Ready-To-Drink (RTD) or Ready-To-Eat (RTE) industries, capable of managing both operational execution and financial performance. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to end production planning, cost control, budgeting, and compliance to support strategic growth and profitability.
- Financial Planning & Budgeting:
o Lead quarterly budgeting across departments: operations, marketing, and sales.
o Monitor performance against budgets and provide variance analyses.
- Financial Reporting: o Prepare timely and accurate financial statements:
P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
o Ensure adherence to Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
o Maintain healthy liquidity through effective AR, AP, and inventory turnover management.
o Optimize working capital and funding costs.
- Cost Control & Profitability Analysis:
o Analyze costs across functions (production, A&P, logistics, overhead). o Conduct SKU- or product-line profitability assessments to improve margins
Operations Management
- Production Planning & Control:
o Oversee production schedules to meet volume, quality, and delivery goals.
o Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and sales to ensure demand-supply alignment.
o Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, including material and packaging flow.
- Quality Assurance:
o Ensure product quality standards and regulatory compliance are consistently met.
o Improve internal SOPs and implement best practices in quality control.
- Cost Management & Efficiency: o Monitor and optimize operational costs (e.g., raw material usage, labor hours).
o Enhance production efficiency and drive reductions in cost per unit.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
