Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Finance Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations across our tri-entity business structure:
- Pali Pali Trading Sdn Bhd : The principal distributor of 3D printers in Malaysia
- ROSB : A series of outlet-specific joint venture companies for retail operations
- RISB : A quasi-REIT structure for retail investment and fund management
This role will be pivotal in ensuring sound financial planning, compliance, reporting, investor relations, and cash flow management across all entities.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare and consolidate monthly and annual financial statements for PPTSB, all ROSBs, and RISB.
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls, SOPs, and financial policies
- Ensure statutory and tax compliance for all entities (SST, corporate tax, audit, etc.)
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries
Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business performance KPIs
- Conduct profitability and cash flow analysis for individual outlets and investment returns
- Track ROI for RISB investors and maintain a dividend distribution framework
Cash Flow & Treasury
- Oversee banking, payments, cash flow management, and fund allocation across all entities
- Track capital deployment from RISB to ROSB and ensure alignment with investor mandates
- Monitor intercompany transactions, loans, and settlements
Investor & Stakeholder Reporting
- Prepare investor reports, capital call documentation, and financial briefings for RISB stakeholders
- Support investor onboarding and provide financial due diligence support
- Maintain financial transparency and accountability to shareholders of all entities
System & Process Improvements
- Recommend and implement accounting software and system integration (e.g., AutoCount, ERP)
- Set up cost tracking by outlet (ROSB), inventory tracking (PPTSB), and dividend calculation (RISB)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in group-level finance or multi-entity management
- Proficient in financial modeling, reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets), and accounting systems
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax, audit, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience in retail, investment holding, or distribution business is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
