Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake all strategic financial planning, monitoring and analysis of the financial health of the Group of Companies in providing timely and accurate monthly (and other target date).
- Report to the stakeholders.
- Conducting, reviewing, evaluating, and implementing corporate finance initiatives, capital raising exercises, Mergers & Acquisitions, and other investment opportunities
- Prepare financial models for financing and corporate activities to assess financial risks and returns.
- Negotiate and structure financial details.
- Assess, review, and predict financial risks and returns.
- Review feasibility studies of new projects.
- Preparation of projection and documentation for IPO exercise.
- Make presentations as the ambassador of the Company to the respective stakeholders.
- Generate finance from shares/ loans.
- Be the liaison person with accountants, lawyers, banker and regulatory bodies
- Track progress and changes on capital plans and portfolio management directives based on input from business development, project teams, and leadership.
- Responsible for planning and coordination of due diligence, valuation exercise, and feasibility studies.
- Attend all meeting and trainings as required.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with professional qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
- Prefer candidates have experience in commercial + Big 4 (external auditors).
- Analytical skills and attention to detail, with a good technical knowledge.
- Great interpersonal skills and good people leadership.
- Customer focus and priority setting.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
