Job description
1) Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly management accounts
2) Overseeing day to day financial operation and ensure compliance of Company’s
Standard Operating Procedure
3) Maintain and update project cash flow forecasts
4) Preparation of business plans, forecasts, budgeting and financial analysis
5) Preparation of Financial Performance Reports, monitoring financial performance against
budget, analysing and providing commentary on any variances for property
development accounts
6) Responsible for project financing application, maintain good banking relationship and
ensure compliance of bank’s covenants
7) Manage audits and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
8) Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal
procedures
9) Improve & strengthen financial processes, SOP and internal control to meet business
requirements
Requirement
1) Possess a bachelor's degree in finance/ accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
qualifications from Chartered Accounting Bodies. (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
2) Knowledge in using MHW system is preferred
3) Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in property development industry
and Solid technical knowledge in MFRS 15 & MRFR16 is mandatory
4) Ability to communicate and deal with various parties involved in the project
Development
5) Good command in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
6) Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
7) Commitment with strong sense of responsibility, independent, positive working attitude
and able to work in team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
