The Role: Finance Intern
As a Finance Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable function. This includes managing the full cycle of the accounts payable process—from receiving vendor invoices to validating purchase orders and processing timely payments. Your contribution will help maintain strong relationships with our suppliers through accurate and efficient financial operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Match and verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders/goods receipts.
- Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries; reconcile supplier statements.
- Investigate and resolve invoice and GRIR discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and SOX controls.
- Assist with internal and external audit processes.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within accounts payable.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
What We Seek:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Internship duration of minimum 20–24 weeks.
