Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive to support the day-to-day human resource and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with HR operations, general office administration, foreign worker matters, and government-related credentials. Familiarity with Infotech HR software and experience liaising with authorities such as CIDB, MOF, and Suruhanjaya Tenaga will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, interview arrangements, offer letter, onboarding).
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave records using Infotech HR Software.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor and manage contract renewals, probation reviews, and confirmation letters.
- Assist in performance appraisal tracking and employee disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate and manage documentation for foreign worker applications, renewals, and permits.
- Liaise with immigration department and authorized agents for compliance and reporting.
- Arrange for medical checkups, FOMEMA, and insurance for foreign workers.
- Manage office supplies, utilities, maintenance, and facility needs.
- Handle incoming/outgoing documents, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Support management in organizing meetings, schedules, and company events.
- Maintain records of company licenses, insurances, and renewals.
- Manage CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board), MOF (Ministry of Finance), Suruhajaya Tenaga (ST) registration, renewal, and documentation updates.
- Handle applications and compliance matters related to Suruhanjaya Tenaga, BEM, and other statutory bodies as required.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HR and admin roles.
- Proficient in Infotech HR Software or similar systems.
- Good knowledge of foreign worker management and immigration procedures.
- Familiar with dealings with CIDB, MOF, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, and related regulatory bodies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
