What you'll do:

Revenue Operations

  • Prepare credit notes for clients based on requests from the sales team.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales and accounting team regarding invoices, credit notes, statements of account, and client payment transfers.
  • Reconcile bank transfers received from clients with the corresponding invoices to ensure accurate allocation.
  • Update and maintain the ageing accounts receivable report regularly.
  • Liaise with the bank to verify and track incoming payments from clients.

General Ledger:

  • Assist in performing monthly closing and prepare the schedules.
  • Support finance executive in other tasks as assigned.



Others:

  • Assist in liaising with auditors for statutory audits to maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit.
  • Other ad-hoc assignments.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communications in English.

An analytical, meticulous, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

Strong team player and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other finance operation teams in the organisation.

Proficient in MS Excel and Google sheets.

Experience with Xero and understanding of ERP systems will have an added advantage.

Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
