What you'll do:
⭐ Revenue Operations
- Prepare credit notes for clients based on requests from the sales team.
- Coordinate closely with the sales and accounting team regarding invoices, credit notes, statements of account, and client payment transfers.
- Reconcile bank transfers received from clients with the corresponding invoices to ensure accurate allocation.
- Update and maintain the ageing accounts receivable report regularly.
- Liaise with the bank to verify and track incoming payments from clients.
⭐ General Ledger:
- Assist in performing monthly closing and prepare the schedules.
- Support finance executive in other tasks as assigned.
⭐ Others:
- Assist in liaising with auditors for statutory audits to maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit.
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
Who you are:
⭐ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or its equivalent.
⭐ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the related roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
⭐ Excellent verbal and written communications in English.
⭐ An analytical, meticulous, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.
⭐ Strong team player and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other finance operation teams in the organisation.
⭐ Proficient in MS Excel and Google sheets.
⭐ Experience with Xero and understanding of ERP systems will have an added advantage.
⭐ Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
⭐ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
