Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Assistant / Executive to support the financial operations of our nursing home. This role involves handling day-to-day finance-related tasks including billing, claims, petty cash, payroll support, and financial reporting to ensure smooth and compliant financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue monthly invoices to residents or family members.
- Liaise with families and agencies on billing issues or discrepancies.
- Record and process payments (resident fees, vendor invoices, etc.)
- Manage petty cash and staff claims.
- maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month- end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
- Assist in financial audits and documentation preparation
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SQL)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
